Soft Tissue Therapies
A variety of soft tissue techniques and traction table therapies used to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, promote circulation, and support the effectiveness of chiropractic adjustments.
Overview
Joints don't work in isolation. The muscles, tendons, and fascia surrounding a joint influence how well it moves — and when those tissues are tight or restricted, adjustments alone may not hold as well.
Soft tissue work addresses that side of the equation. Using hands-on techniques and traction table therapy, we work to release tension, encourage circulation, and improve the way tissues glide and lengthen.
These therapies are frequently combined with adjustments in the same visit, so the joint and the tissue supporting it are treated together.
