Step-by-Step Instructions
Extend one arm forward with the palm facing up.
With the other hand, gently draw the fingers down and back toward the floor.
Feel a stretch along the inside of the forearm.
Hold for 20–30 seconds, then relax.
Switch sides and repeat.
