Step-by-Step Instructions
Stand tall near a sturdy surface you can touch for balance.
Shift your weight onto one leg and lift the other foot slightly off the floor.
Keep a soft bend in the standing knee and gaze forward.
Hold for 20–30 seconds, using light fingertip support as needed.
Switch legs and repeat.
