Step-by-Step Instructions
Stand facing a wall and place both hands on it at shoulder height.
Step one foot back, keeping it straight with the heel down.
Bend the front knee and lean gently toward the wall.
Feel a stretch in the back calf and hold for 30 seconds.
Switch legs and repeat.
